3.47" since early Saturday on the midshore. 0.9" today.

Wow. That seems a tad high though. I know areas to my south had more rain than my yard yesterday, but I was looking at local reporting stations for the region last hour and the highest 3-day total I saw for Easton was around 2.6". I am at 1.65" since Friday evening.

Sat morning we had 2 bands pass through that dropped 2.6" just east of Easton down to Preston and today so far 0.95".

0.93 in the Cocorah's gauge at 8am this morning, 0.78 since 8am. The ground is totally soaked once again. 4.99" since September 1st and 49.15" since January 1st. We do not need Florence.

Peeking ahead, most of the Florence rain could hit our area next Saturday/Sunday.  Coincidentally, those are the days I don't have to report to work:thumbsdown:

1.98 and no rain for the past 1.5 hours.  Good demarcation point for a later update.

Has not rained since my update above. Nothing coming up according to radar.  Time for a rain total update.  Since that big rainstorm that developed Friday pm, I've gotten 4.08".

Went from 4-5 high heat index days to this monsoon.  Wish Mother nature would throw in some 4-5 days of low humidity cool days between these extremes.
