LVblizzard
It's obvious that this 12z suite has trended towards the Euro, which has remained consistent. It's almost time to start preparing for a big storm on Sunday-Monday.

WebBreaker63
Portions of coastal Jersey have around 1" of QPF in 6 hours (6z-12z Monday) Always a threat of mixing at ole Jersey Shore - wonder how much QPF is snow vs mix/rain? But with the amount of precip being talked about - may not matter. Sorry doing this from work and most weather tools/maps blocked
jcwxguy
time to call my friends and tell them to prepare. Best storm of the season imo if it were to verify

Bluescat1
I really can't complain lol I'm going on a cruise which is why its a catch-22---if it were any other vacation it'd be possible to leave a day later. Unfortunately if you leave a day later with this you'll miss the cruise entirely. So I'm definitely excited/happy that I'll be on vacation for a wk but apparently you can't have your cake and eat it too For me tracking them is 50% of the rush, so at least you have that. ArtRosen
Not to sound like a weenie here or anything... but isn't there some kind of meteorological rule/statistic that if we get a big storm in december, we also get a big storm in february? bluehens
IF that run verified it would most likely top '96 as the greatest storm in PHL's history. Can you imagine the qpf that the GFS or NAM would print out with that solution?
Ridingtime
The consistency of the Euro has just been phenomenal. And watching the GFS trend toward it is sweet icing on the cake. If it all verifies like the Euro in the end, I will officially refer to it as the weather King.
NortheastPAWx
I don't like that precip numbers became less and more tight back here...gives me a feeling of unease.

Kaner587
dude effff the cruise! This could be epic! lol wish i could...I would be committed (to a mental hospital) if I decided to stay home. But I agree tracking it is 50% of the fun and I'll have internet the whole time so I'll def be keeping track of whats going on. I am still hoping this is a BECS for all you guys that will be here for it but I will say one thing; If the King is dethroned I will be beyond happy I am not here for the whiff.
