I would love volunteers who know their local weather and regional weather enough to help create a website or blog to help forecast snowfall for this late fall into the winter months for the state of New York and the region of all of New England. Please respond below;

There a plenty of local companies in the Harwich aree that can do that.  You could also look through your ISP.  They may over free web designs.

Too expensive for someone to be paid to do it, nevermind, I will just promote my blogspot.com blog and fix that up and use this website for updates.
