JakkelWx
The forecast kinda busted here. Crapola severe. A few nice "turkey tower" clouds, but not much more than that.

Jebman
Wow very heavy rain with a nice breeze. I got another 1.3 inches of fresh rain. Since Tuesday night, that is 5 inches. My lawn is a jungle. It is also a quagmire.

EastCoast NPZ
Storm #4 on the day. Weak, but picked up another quick tenth. .75 for the day. 6.25 since tuesday.
Stormpc
.70 today, 7.14 for month. Over 4 inches since Tuesday. The storm that went through earlier looked a lot worse on radar than in actuality. Didn't produce much wind in my area. Rain wasn't terribly heavy either. Some thunder and lightning.

Where do I buy the weather machine that you have deployed effectively this month! Interesting difference on the GFS/Euro for late next week. Both build the ridge with the highest heights to our north. The GFS doesn’t care and sends up to 100. The euro thinks we get easterly flow and doesn’t even get us to 90. yoda
Is that just the way the storm is, or is that a hook near Annandale? See radarscope image at 815pm
WVclimo
Picked up a quick half-inch in about 15 minutes with the early evening activity. Had some gusty winds as well. 0.61” since 7:00 a.m.

Fear not, however, as I may not get 2 inches of rain the next 3 months.

BlizzardNole
I might have to carry the cactus for NPZ. Got nothing yesterday after just some light rains spread over the previous week adding to an inch. No significant rains here since June 3. Now we go into the extended dry period including big heat next weekend.

In sure its overdone but 102-107 DC - Balt...lol Looks like high pressure may be centered pretty far north on some of the latest guidance. If thats the case, we probably end up with more typical heat(low 90s) rather than anything extreme.

NorthArlington101
Hoping to score on some storms today. Latest HRRR gets us some action around 5:00, same with 3k, both being more active south.

EastCoast NPZ
Looks like I timed my trip out west perfectly. Leaving Friday evening for CO. Hopefully, it torches here and gets out of the way by July 9. Forecast for Estes Park is upper 70s / 40s. A welcomed break from the VA heat/humidity.
