The record heatwave in July had 4 days of 92F, so today was only a degree off tying the hottest afternoon of the summer. 6 days of 90F or higher at MVL since July 1st when the pattern changed to hot...we've recently had entire summers without a 90F reading but we've done 6 now in the last month now. I banged out a quick 4 this morning . It’s fairly easy once you acclimate. I bring a sweat towel with me to wipe the face and head.
