We jail the wrong people and let bad people out in society all the time. What can we do to not have school/church/club mass killings, put bad people away while also having a more rehab approach for those who simply just made a bad mistake and got caught???? I made one post about this type of incident and now you want to talk about BLM and mass shootings, yea no thanks.

If he is repeat that is different, and if it selling to kids, large quantity, etc it is also different. But selling a dime bag to your buddy doesnt warrant incarceration to me. Selling to kids, selling harder drugs, then yes. Each case is specific and unique.

Dude is a complete moron and its a shame because he has a kid, but hes in jail now based on the VP. So at least down here, probation is strict. Weekly appointments, weekly follow ups for rehab, therapy, whatever it is.

In fact, out of the clear blue some 75 year olds do that with no priors. What happened is awful and a tragedy but I’m not sure how to stop it. Yea this happens a lot, not murder but these dealers are violent thugs, not some 75 year old selling weed on the side. This is the Meth, heroin, fentanyl, coke, crack dealers. I am surprised people are so uninformed about the trade and their ways. If you can sit with a veteran cop and ask him the difference between pot dealers and this crowd.
