hlcater
If I were out, I'd probably start heading toward the cell NE of greensburg. The big Hoisington cell hasn't really done much so far and is about to be interfered with by a left mover coming from the south.

We'll see if the improving parameters with time can save it. Meanwhile it has thrown off a left split that's hurtling toward Greensburg.

Chinook
My GRLevel3 radar screen now shows a max delta-v of 130 kt near Glasco, KS. That's got to be a wider rotation (wider tornado?) at this point in time.

It may have been more of a function of weak large scale forcing and being displaced from better moisture to the east, but we'll get a better idea with the 00z LMN sounding. This event has been very well modeled so far as virtually all of the CAMs suggested limited cell longevity, particularly south of the triple point. Chinook
KUEX radar shows rotation directly on I-70 west of Lincoln, KS. Reflectivity ticking back up with the old Macksville cell, Medicine Lodge cell starting to hang a right. Patience may yet pay off for the southern chasers. Warning from the NWS has PDS wording. Also the couplet has tightened significantly.
