uncle W Posted April 23, 2018 Share Posted April 23, 2018 it seems like every time it snows between March 17th and 22nd the following summer is cool...1956, 1958, 1960, 1964, 1967, 1992, 1998, 2004, 2015...a few exceptions like 1944 and 1955 but most years with snow around this time had a cool summer...
