What were the lows in Indiana?

A lot warmer -- teens and 20s.  More clouds and winds stayed up a bit more than those cold spots in IL.

I managed upper teens with zero snowcover, which is pretty impressive for early April.

I've been really impressed with this cold outbreak to start April. Definitely reminiscent of some of the great late-season cold stretches: April 1996, April 1982, May 1977, late March 1958.

I recorded 6.25" of snow this morning in the northeast Bronx. Incredibly impressive for NYC proper to see a widespread 6" event in the month of April. This was the biggest April snowfall for Central Park since 1982 (9.8") and the 7th biggest of all time (highest was 10.0" on April 3-4, 1915).
