Can't recall the last time there was so much severe in spite of so much garbage in the atmosphere preceeding it.   Looks like another round is not out of the question either.

Imagine if more places saw quicker clearing and temps widespread in upper 70s low 80s

I don't understand the Marion County warning.  This is just a garden variety thunderstorm.

Might want to check on proper procedures. While under an active tornado watch, if a severe thunderstorm warning is issued, the tornado sirens are set off.

I didn't say anything about sirens. And I've not heard anything.  I'm watching the radar, listening to the Skywarn net, and I'm a trained spotter, sitting here on my front porch right in the middle of Marion County.  It was nastier all last night than it is now.  It just seems odd.

The airport had a gust bordering on warning criteria.  This stuff is often hit or miss even in the warned area.

Widespread severe reports across quite a spatially expansive area, only a few tornadoes, not an outbreak by any means, but there were definitely a number of fairly impressive looking supercells throughout the day. Could be over a week and half to two weeks before anywhere in the CONUS sees a setup nearly as favorable as this for severe weather, and probably even longer before this sub-forum sees a favorable severe setup.

Is this a debris signature from Mayfield, KY?

I don’t think so.  No real couplet there and the CC drop is in an area of lower reflectivity.

The concerns (veered low level flow, messy storm mode) did limit the tornado threat today.

There was a warning issued for Montgomery and NW Boone at 7:09p.m if it was the same storm. Some noticeable formation to the left of that tornado on the ground. Satellite or outflow maybe?

Could be a building or other structure, but it's hard to say given the resolution.
