ForestHillWx
8" out in Chester. Ripping snow. Perfect outside. The snow is much lighter than expected for late March. I think I will hit 10"; 12" could be a stretch. Good luck to you guys east of here.

bluewave
Very heavy snow continuing here is SW Suffolk. You can start to see the branches bending under the weight of the heavy wet snow.

NYCGreg
Snowing heavily in Hoboken. Was encouraged to see that mesoscale discussion which said rates around 1 inch per hour are expected for the next two to four hours. I suspect that will put us around a foot, if not a bit higher. The NWS still seems to think our final numbers will be in the 13-15 inch range, so that is good news as well.

winterwx21
The snow here has been very light the last couple hours, despite good looking radar echoes. Weird. We do have 6 inches, but that's quite a bit less than surrounding areas. Looks as if northern Middlesex county is a screwzone for this one. Just east of you and have a little more; this storm seems to be delivering more east as opposed to west last time. I think you had 9 in that one I had 4. kat5hurricane
Doesn't seem like that heavy band is going to make it here. Still, about 6 inches with a nice steady moderate snow and should get a solid 7-8 for the final total, not bad for late March.

ForestHillWx
Looks like a nice weenie band is establishing itself through Morris, western Passaic, into Hunterdon. Hopefully it can enhance my totals.
