Yeah a chunk is sleet outside of NW NJ where it's mostly snow. But there's still a good hit of snow...esp just W of NYC and to just NNE of PHL. But if I was forecasting down there, I'd be watching the soundings closely because there's prob going to be some timing challenges forecasting the sleet to snow transition. USCAPEWEATHERAF Posted March 20, 2018 Share Posted March 20, 2018 3Km NAM is a total bust for Cape and Islands, all rain, from 24 hours to 50 hours it is all rain, I don't think the storm travels that far northwest, I think the GFS is the right solution, a bit colder due to the block to the northeast and the Quebec High to the northwest funneling in northerly cold drainage, anyways precip starts Tuesday at around 8pm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
