wxsniss
About as sharp winners and losers as you can get... it's coming down in Boston metro but snowgrowth is awful We know these bands must come east, question is in what state and rate
CapturedNature
Just under 5" here. It's probably twice that just east of me but I'll take what I can get. Been snowing nicely all day.
Dotb
WBZ forecasting an additional 6-12 inches for most of eastern mass from here on out, with the higher totals heading north and west of the city towards the Merrimack Valley.

Visibility now down to 1/8 mile outside the Augusta office - naturally, as I'm about to set out for home. Fluffy stuff here, roads should not be a real problem as long as one can avoid the crazies. It was apparent looking at RAD late last night that the best banding would translate ne from near Montaulk point, LI to near our area.....should sink back near us soon. DomNH
This is seriously high ratio fluff too. If this decideds to pivot over me for a while I'm going to rack it up insanely fast. Almost 7'' already.

mostman
That band expanded just enough to put me in some good 26-28 echoes on the eastern side. I’ll take that for an extended period. Don’t need 30+, not greedy.
shawnmov
Measured a few spots - certainly not official NWS standards, but the average new snow depth is around 11" in Lexington. Dotb
WBZ just reported 6" in Lawrence. That is comical. We're at least double that, about a half mile from the Andover/Lawrence line.
JC-CT
thank god @sbos_wx told me to ignore the HRRR which had the two bands moving east together, and just look at radar which would prove that they were consolidating.

STILL N OF PIKE
Wonder if the band shifts again as the ne part of it in interior Maine sorta washes out as a heavy band builds from psm to portland .
