CT Rain
Hard to figure out where that western band will setup and pivot. It's definitely scooting east pretty good. Does it continue or does it slow and pivot? Snow is picking up here for sure... probably close to moderate.

ORH_wxman
Western band is sliding east while the eastern stuff is still pushing NW....might see a pretty sick pivot band where the two meet up...or maybe new stuff forms too.

subdude
checking in from Sanibel Island FL. Unusual cold snap for SW Gulf coast. 10-15 degrees below avg. Temp was a brisk 49 this morning with 20mph winds and 55% humidity very dry for FL. Supposed to be like this all week upper 40s at night with low to mid 60s during the day with brisk winds from the N. Certainly isn't beach weather down here. Anyway enjoy today's storm. Looks like i'll have a mess to cleanup on Sat when I get home.

USCAPEWEATHERAF
5" on the ground, 33F temp, NE wind gusting over 40mph, pressures around 985mb, pasty snow so far, temperatures should drop as the storm passes east of us. Storm should slow down some as it passes us to the east and reaches the benchmark to the east. Pressure in the storm has to be below 970mb, dry slot still a ways off, new banding developing heavy snow rates just off the Chatham, MA southeast coastline heading northwestward. Latest RAP brings another 1-2" of precip into the area.
