It's a too little too late kind of scenario if that happens.  Fact is, March has almost become a lost cause for big snowstorms for urban areas unless you have a very specific set up that includes arctic air and a large area of overrunning.

If this had happened a month ago with this kind of airmass in place, February would have been one of our best ever snowfall months.

I mean when you have a strong noreaster it's always going to be a HECS somewhere, the early 90s also had lots of HECS.

Fact is for heavily urban areas March is just too late.
