But yeah, about the qpf output, I probably do. I don't know jack sht about meteorology compared to the pros here, no arguing that. I have an eye for wave mechanics, because they are fairly intuitive.

Fwiw - nine out of the twelve, 12z GEFs members available to public consumption were far more significantly phased with the N/stream, with showing huge impact strikes with a slow moving bomb throwing massive QPF as far west as the Berks or even the Capital district of eastern NY.

the gfs shifting towards a garbage solution doesn’t really mean much. It flops around a lot
