* WHERE...Northern Baltimore and Northwest Harford.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 4 PM EST Wednesday. The heaviest snow will
  be between 7 am and 1 pm Wednesday. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions, including
  during the morning commute on Wednesday. Be prepared for reduced
  visibilities at times. Northwest winds will increase Wednesday
  with gusts around 25 to 35 mph. The combination of gusty winds
  and wet snow may cause scattered power outages.

Makes sense given they're right on the gradient, but I wouldn't be surprised to go to bed and have the initial watch area upgraded if the 18z guidance gets beefy.

A lot would depend on where your plane originates from.  If you're flying Southwest, you're more likely to be affected since they utilize their planes a lot more heavily than others.

:unsure:  The Swiss model has my peak snow depth at about half an inch with about 0.8" (liquid equivalent) of precip falling as snow.  Not so sure about that, but I wouldn't be surprised to see something like the below snow depth map verify.
