i almost don't even care about road accumulation etc.  this winter has been so lame that it would be cool to at least see several hours of legitimate snow tv.

I'm on the other end of the spectrum.  I want a warning event that verifies.  I've had ten snow tv events this year.

Agree I usually don't let missed winter events upset me in general but for some reason this has been a hard winter to take and the that 3 combined just sucks.  Accumulation at 35 ^^^  I understand it can happen that an insult.  35 and light snow during the day is lame 35 day snow ripping ok I will take that.  35 at night with average snow rate will still not accumulate.

Man this winter has erked me for some reason is it just me?  When the final snow maps come out for the east it will have a whole in it over DC and central MD.

Yea I was resigned to the storm getting squashed. But if this bombs and hits the same damn places that have been getting crushed the last 2 years I'm gonna be more then a bit frustrated. I'd rather it be squashed then another coastal scraper that bombs east of us.

Well at least if this fails, we’ll all have your rant to look forward to :D

tomorrow's weather could be a clue how things go.  if we end up with milder temps, then maybe this storm could trend further west/north.  if it's colder, then that might indicate too much leftover confluence.  i remember march 2001 was way warm the day or two before, so that was obviously not a good sign.  ya never know...

Just to remind everyone - snow can stick at 35F, even in March. Please spare the forum.

Exactly...Besides, did we not just see that a few weeks ago? Lol If you are gonna concern yourself with anything, examine the rates! Heavy rates can certainly overcome 33-35 surface temps!

Yup. and it was 70 like a day and a half before. I remember the concern since it was in the lower 40s during the day before clouds rolled in

Dang, this thing done roped everybody back in! Lolol But tbh, I've been wanting to see this thing all the way through for some reason...even when the models looked kinda bleak yesterday or Thursday...it just didn't feel like it was over. Just have had a feeling about it (I don't have the same sense of dread as I've had with our other misses this year. We'll soon find out if there is something to what I've been feeling, lol)

what's kept me interested is that energy in the NS.  this is more than just a southern slider.  it could still go ots, but there's phasing potential if things go right, so it's worth paying attention to.

Makes sense. I've seen some questionable Tapatalk ads in my time using it on mobile anways.

And plus, it's common knowledge to use Incognito mode ;)
