Syracuse didn't see a visibility above 1/2 Moderate Snow from 7am until 5pm... and the vast majority of those 10 hours were spent at +SN 1/4sm. Looks like 15-18" in that area today. Im at 39.7F up here on the hill. Temp topped out at 41.7F hours ago and has barely fallen.. Mild evening with little wind continues. You would never know there is a large storm south of us..
