I think this ends up a S Berks deal.  Berkshire East /MPM land (MA/VT border) may just end up with a coating. 

Edit: Mesos not in great agreement so N of Pike could still be winner with this I guess.

I think MetHerb or Union could pull a 2 with a lollie to 3 with this.

It’s all about rates.  The ground is still basically frozen other than the top layer

I have low expectations for this, but think an inch or two here

I think Beast area might jack in this. Def somewhere in the Berkshires IMHO with New England as our constraint (Catskills may actually get more than anyone in NE).
