dukeblue219
Woke up at 28 in Silver Spring but now 30.9 with a bright sun. Fortunately my expectations are zero for this one. Feels like one of those storms where the Northern counties get a solid white ground and everyone inside the Beltway sees rain and snow mixing while the ground stays wet.
