snowmagnet
Snowing moderately now in Fairfax. Not sticking yet. How does the early start impact this event? I assume it won't continue until 10 pm now. Does the heaviest precip look to be along the Mason Dixon line still?

I would have to think that is a promising sign so far - will be interesting to see how BL temps respond to that heavier precip. Temps responding nice right now out west. Once we lose the sun in an hour we should start seeing accumulations in a lot of places. Just hope that precip hold west of Winchester fills in. mattb65
Down to 37 with the heavier returns in Silver Spring and the grass/mulch is starting to whiten. We should wet bulb down to 34ish and then need heavy rates to dynamically cool any further.I think we have a shot at 1-2" on elevated and grassy surfaces in southern MoCo based on current progs.
