Quite a shock this early. That said, the air right along the water was much cooler - a small example of why Annapolis was so much colder yesterday than everywhere else. Get this horrific weather out of here already! This is FEBRUARY 21, NOT MAY 21! All i ask for is normal highs and lows and drizzle and rain. Is that too damn much to ask? or must we have to live with temperatures routinely 30 fooking degrees above normal? It will hit 126 in DC in July if this shyte keeps up.
