I can’t recall one like this since I’ve lived in my house.  My driveway is 95% clear but our road is a disaster with ice and ruts.

Him and Dougwx ( that also use to post on here ) are very interested in the pattern depicted at the end of this month.

 The GEFS is starting to crush the ridge in the east earlier and earlier each run.

I think we will see more snow as this month goes on.

Prior to 12z, the EPS was not buying the -NAO so not surprised the data used to initialize the weeklies was sort of showing that. Week 3 and 4 weren't terrible.

When the PNA goes lower than -1.5.. Gibbs says  the GFS suite is useless and struggles immensely. So those should not be weighted at all currently

 I like March snowstorms because they do tend to bomb out with the changing seasonal pattern. I would not be surprised at all to see a huge crusher after the SE ridge relaxes a bit.
