Snowing lightly again with once again pixie dust, WTF??

No lift.  Probably iffy UL temps also. KSYR GFS forecast sounding for 7pm...says it all.  Sounding IMBY slightly cooler at sfc but similar look obviously.  SN- here, roads covered but not a lot of accum...1/2" at best so far.

GFS looks cooler on avg but...we all know the h500 verification is usually better for Euro.  I don't think it's a full on blowtorch but certainly protracted normal to above normal appears on tap. We may sneak in some snow though. Granted, not as likely as say, in the usual mythical snowbelts of SNE, but still possible.

Should of seen this one coming..

As of 2017, Punxsutawney Phil has made 131 predictions, with an early spring (no shadow) predicted 18 times (13.85%). According to Stormfax, as of 2016 the predictions have proven correct 39% of the time..

In particular, Staten Island Chuck — owner of the highest accuracy rating (at 80 percent) among prognosticating rodents — informed a New York audience that we would see an early spring
