We have seen dozens of IVT modeled over the years. Only a few have ever produced. I wouldn’t write off any surprises just yet. But any one location has a pretty slim chance of seeing more then a coating

The GFS shows whatever "snow" falling over coastal locations coming from the coastal itself. The inverted trough dries up over NW areas.
