Euro is so so borderline for us, has us snow then  sleeting then rain then back to snow, warm tongue punches almost to Tolland but not quite, have to see what transpires. Seems a little aggressive probably, well we can hope its about 20 miles too far inland. We usually see the line across Voluntown Preston Norwich

Ugh-ly.

Thats a huge shift for the NAM that was constantly hitting E.NE hard all day yesterday.  That couldn't be more different than the 18z or 00z run that was all ORH-BOS-PVD.

I'll sell on us up here getting the same as say Tolland County though.

Looks good out here. But dont trust that thing, its been all over the place, next.

It's been consistent with a nasty dry slot, where it will be is up for grabs but it could be over the majority of this subforum's fannies.

Congrats on the 1-2" that the 12z 3km gives you.

Why are you putting so much faith in the NAM? I don’t get it . It’s been all over the place. . This is now one bump SE at 18z to jack you which is likely . It’s still adjusting to the Euro/Gfs. It’s colder than last 2 runs for you

all of the 12k Nams warming is 925 and below, whereas 3k is cold thruout

If you just toggle between the snow and qpf outputs, they both have the same general outline from NYC up into W MA and over in S ME.  The models are struggling with what to do with that BL and it's leading to what would appear to wildly different outcomes.  That dryslot on the 3km is a joke.
