Figure we are close enough for a thread as confidence is growing in a significant/major storm for some part of the region. It all gets started on Thursday as an initial wave ejects out from the Plains, bringing wintry precipitation to western areas. This eventually minors out in favor of a strong southern stream system, which looks to track somewhere into the Ohio Valley.
