28.9 with a WB 26.2, saw a mping report of mixed freezing rain/sleet near Cleveland. Temps rose slightly last hour, still no wind.

Just had a band of sleet and snow move through very light, holding at 29 degrees!

Moisture that actually reaches the ground may be getting close after hours of virga. Temp has fallen to 29 degrees and the DP has went from 7 to 14.

Good bit of sleet at the moment little bit of freezing rain more sleet than anything at the moment, just got under the main radar returns coming up the great valley.

Since precip started temp has dropped to 30 dewpoint has come up to 17 from 15.  Even saw a couple snowflakes at the onset, now just very light freezing rain/drizzle with the occasional pellet.

Freezing rain has picked up now light glaze forming on everything.  Temp is dropping much quicker now down to 29, but dewpoint is rising now at 21.

27 degrees in Kingsport with a DP of 15. Still have some time before any precip falls here, it seems. Y'all who are getting ZR be careful out there!!!

Low last overnight was 25. Now 26. The most impressive thing about all this to me is that I am still freezing or below freezing now after 8.5 days!!!! The graphic that came out when this all started had MRX longest period as 7 days but now they have also eclipsed that because they were also 32 on Wednesday and yesterday the high was 32. That’s quite an accomplishment, much less with no snow. The only thing we will have to show for it in most places is some snow showers and light dustings and this glaze event this morning. Who would have thought it

Sleet and freezing rain coming down pretty good in west Knox, deck is already slick.

WTVC channel 9 in Chattanooga reporting 30 to 40 car accident in Ringgold GA just south of Chattanooga, 75 closed in both directions there.  Holding steady at 29 with freezing rain no more sleet here and dewpoint is now being sluggish and not rising as quickly, been sitting at 23 dewpoint for a while now.

I’m seeing a few accidents on google maps but not a lot of slowdowns across the area. Not sure if people are staying off the roads or what. I’m staying put for another couple hours at least.
