The Dude
Lots of slick spots in North Bethesda. Most sidewalks are a skating rink, even the ones that looked like a salt flat this morning. A few slick spots downtown by Farragut Square, but mostly just wet there.
MillvilleWx
Pretty ugly by Laytonsville. Driveway is a skating rink. Glaze on trees, deck and car. I’ll venture out when this stuff melts. .
Ajb
Front path is a skating rink here, a little north of DTSS. Didn’t brave heading out to check out the street.

Bob Chill
My 13 year olds just got back from sledding down the driveway. Lol. It's short but fast. Roads are patchy ice. I figured the 8 tons of brine would keep them wet. Nope. I have to say that this event over performed here.

Stormpc
38 degrees. Nothing but a few sleet pellets then plain old rain. So much for stone cold ground. Never any icy patch here. It performed as expected.
mattie g
Boy...that was an incredibly exciting weather day. Let’s do it again sometime. Or maybe not. How about it just snows instead?
87storms
took a stroll...definitely glaze-y on curbs, some sidewalks, and a little bit of black ice, but the main thing i noticed is just how warm it feels out there. this is probably a lesson in how we can get ice...have a long stretch of frigid temps leading into it.
