Looks like a big hit in AL/MS/TN/IN now.

one  more east shift like that.....and.....never mind. Every storm we never a trend...a north trend....a west trend...an east trend...a south trend. Can we get one storm where we dont need a tick, a jog...can we get a storm where if there is a tick or jog, we dont get screwed. We are good at getting 60% of what we need from trends...and then it hits a brick wall.

with that being said...that was like a 300 mile Tick east LOL

Half decent look for an overrunning setup a few days after though. One of the ways we can get more than 1" out of something...

Is that the Tuesday/Wednesday deal people were talking about earlier?  Or something different?  And what's half decent? :P

I think we have proven that, collectively, we can mentally force a storm to whatever direction we choose....like a Jedi kind of thing..remember the  last storm started in Bermuda.

uh...where is the the rest of it?

Plenty of time to juice up man. Or disappear. One or the other.

It really is one of the old school ways we got small/mod events in the past. Like in the 80s. Simple overrunning. No complicated amplification/timing or anything like that. Just a slug of isentropic upglide over a cold dome. It's pure fantasy for now but at least it's not convoluted.

yep...we are known for spectacular come-backs that fall just short...kind of like if you ever play slot machines and that last "7" is on the line below the center.. but you have 2 on the center line...you didn't win but you keep playing until the kids college money runs out

its also like being down 100-85 in basketball with 4 minutes left.....we cut it to 103-101 but then miss 2 free throws that can tie up the game...other team gets rebound....hits a 3 pointer and we end up losing 108-101

not sure what is more painful...a solid loss or an almost win....in weather I would say the "almost win" is more painful because we will stay on the ship until it sinks..and that is because of 1/25/00...just like we still think big snow is just maybe possible in November because of 11/11/87.

Or like if the Cleveland Indians were down 6-3 in the bottom of the 8th of Game 7, then tie the game on a dramatic 2 out HR, only to lose the Series in the 10th inning by a run to the Cubs...

Oh...wait a minute...!! :D

There was a cluster of eps ens members with variations of what the op just showed. Small cluster but Mon-Thurs is our only window before roasting for a few days at least. If you want to will it away then go for it. At least we have an op run that showed a normal and realistic way to take advantage of a brief window sandwiched by upper level disaster.
