What was the start time on this? I'm reading on some other sites the actual storm does seem a little east, and I've yet to see a flake....

I had 09Z (4am)  on it which was later than most forecasts of 1-3am.  Most of the snow near NYC in this event likely falls between 8am-noon when it’s possible 5-7 inches could fall easily.  There may only be 2 inches or so outside of that window
