Unknown is a good description of it lol. Was like a mixture of freezing rain or a very fine sleet, either way we had about 3" of just slush

Storm total both imby & DTW was 2.4" on 0.24" liquid. It started at better than 10-1 ratio and ended at worse than 10-1 fwiw. Season total now at 26.4" imby & 25.4" at DTW. Depth this morning was 8" but has compacted to 6", about where we were depth-wise for the last 2 weeks, however it is noticeably icier, sloppier looking, and the snowbanks are bigger. Parking lots getting some nice snowbanks by now, as expected with warmer temps the old cookies and cream look, as well as potholes galore, is starting. Neighbor made a snowman too. Overall a huge difference in the air today with the unwelcomed springy feel.

Today was gross. A couple inches of cement snow and then the sun came out for most of the day...and of course, we shot up into the upper 30s. Thaws almost always overperform next to Lake Michigan..... :(
