Ltrain
It's really rippin under this band. I had about 1.5" but the wind is blowing it all over the place. Temps continue to drop. 22/

snjókoma
Holy mother of god. The green and yellow band running just west of I-95 is completely stationary.
kcones88
long time lurker, first time main thread poster. Sitting in a pretty heavy band for the last hour or so here at the Nice Bridge. 2" at least, but hard to measure as it's all wind-blown

Jebman
Northerly winds are howling. It is impossible to measure what has fallen. 21 degrees with wind chills probably into the low/mid single digits, truly refreshing jebwalk weather.

WVclimo
Looks like snow couldn’t make it across the Blue Ridge. 24/6 here and overcast. Winds N at 16 gusting to 28.
NorthArlington101
Lets see if the superband decides to push back west again. It’s absolutely massive in length. Lancaster PA to Bellhaven NC.

psuhoffman
The back edge of the real snow stopped pivoting west about 5 miles east of me. Oh well. Fringed does eventually happen.

attml
24 degrees / DP 23 degrees, humidity 92%, BP 29.71(1006mb) Wind NW at 20 w/gust to 33. As of 5:45AM I have 2.5 inches and moderate snow. I saw Ltrain posted he estimated about 1.5 inches in Severna Park but I have a solid 2.5 inches. I am on the east side of SP almost in Arnold an I am along the Severn River so we are very sheltered down a steep wooded hill so we have no blowing snow down here as we are currently protected from the wind. DDweatherman
Complete rakeage in Bowie right now 197 is no longer a road out by 301. Just drive wherever you please. Visibility about 1/4mi, here I’d estimate a little over 2”. Awesome conditions though nonetheless. Great band.
NorthArlington101
It is nice under it I’d like it back, please. Think it stole all the moisture from the one that was over my head.

aldie 22
Darn guess something came through to dust things looked at radar and could easily pick out Loudoun county lol. showmethesnow
Looking at the SPC hourly mesoscale looked promising. 500 mb finally closed off. 700 mb is elongating north to south. And sfc pressures have stopped moving east and looks to have a mostly northerly component now. In fact it looks as if the lower pressures shifted west a touch and this is probably in response to the 500's closing off. Upper levels suggest that this storm will ride mostly due north at this point.

aldie 22
Not that it matters but why exactly would the moisture simply surround a county? I blame Ji but it's still pretty funny. Dry air bubble? Not cold either 27 here
