Connecticut Appleman
It is just getting wild outside between the snow falling and wind blowing. This is quite awesome! (at least until tonight when I'm trying to snowblower in the crazy wind). Wind gusts are really starting to make down to the ground level whereas earlier, earlier you could hear it overhead, but it wasn't reaching the ground for the most part. shawnmov
About 9" inches in Lexington. Still coming down furiously. I'll take this over the coastal flooding. That looks horrible.

S&P
portsmouth RI, just went out and did a 1.5 hour cleanup 3-4' drifts, easily 12" OTG but with wind hard to tell, snow has some meat to it

Considering I was at 7 around 12:30 and +SN and considering the Logan observations are t seems a bit low. It's around a foot here. I'd accept 10" but it looks like around a foot. The blowing and drifting is making it tough.

Are we already there because of the coastal flooding? skierinvermont
I haven't been following the obs, but judging from the radar am I wrong in thinking totals from NYC through western CT and the Berkshires may rival or exceed SE MA? Great banding and possibly better ratios?

You over-achieved, granted ... but those deformation pivots are underway and you'll be done soon ...while those areas getting pounded back east will probably still get strafed by those same bands during the break apart sequencing when you're stars are coming out.
