RGEM is 0.30 LE for NYC, agrees with EURO/GFS/UKMET its actually in excellent agreement with all top tier models. This storm is still a Work In Progress - can't ignore the models given many in the area MECS such as the 3K NAM - it is a good model within 36 hours...….
