Could be an interesting week. Tstorms Tuesday and heavy rain flipping to heavy snow Sunday. Beats the heck out of single digits and dry for weeks. Walked to dog tonight with no jacket too. Jan thaws aren't all bad.

mattie g
Wife and I took the girls to the zoo yesterday. It's among the best times to head there since so many animals get out to enjoy the thaw, and the crowds are so much smaller than during tourist time. Absolutely fantastic day to get out and about! MillvilleWx
Decent amount of rain early this morning. Nothing like our western crew got, but certainly helpful with the dry. Mostly cloudy skies with a peek of sun here and there. Temp is currently

MN Transplant
After all of that hubbub about our cold stretch, it looks like by tomorrow the climo sites will be about a -2 departure on the month, which will probably be whittled down further by the 31st. Basically, a very slightly below average January.
Mrs.J
Got another .10 off that last line putting me at .66 for the day. While out saw a beautiful rainbow end to end to my West. I was not able to get a photo but leave to my kid at school with her iPod. She sent me this. Everyone have a beautiful day!!

There was no wind so it made for a great reflection on the wet mud/low water area.

The initial band died off and probably killed convergence with the front and eliminated the tiny amount of instability that we had (at least on the north side of town). Time is running out now.
