raindancewx Posted February 21, 2018 Share Posted February 21, 2018 Can't be many winters when Philly hits 77F (forecast today on Accuweather) before we've even hit 70F out here....particularly when it happens in February. My average high now is 55F or so, hard to imagine being 30+ above average in February. Although...it was 40+ below normal in February 2011 (high of 9F on Feb 3, low of -7, normal around 50F/27F) during the great cold snap (second coldest day here since 1892).
