HRRRRRRR is keying in on a south-north strip of heavy totals from Pamlico Sound into Tidewater. Not complaining, nearly s foot on the ground and some more to come at hr 18. Plus, that's in 10:1 ratio.
Very happy after today's runs! AKQ went from 4-6" last night to 8-12" at noon update.
Do you have the ability to post that HRRR run?

Snow totals up thru 6am Thursday...some would say we're in a good spot.

Here in Hampton Roads we have an NE wind off the Cheasapeake Bay/Atlantic, so dry air is not a real problem.  Once you see radar echos you will see precip.  Same can't be said for those further inland.  Later this evening as the precip comes in the windows will turn more out of the north...still directly off the Chesapeake Bay.

Yep, another 20 mile or so shift west with the low.  The precip shield at hr 6 is much more expansive to the NW than it was at hr 7 on the last run.

Would you mind posting the image?
