Surfaces already coating up nicely, not a single flake is being wasted.

Jeb, I suddenly have the overwhelming urge to go check the mail, and our mailbox is part of a group of boxes 1/4 mile away.

I hereby propose a trial-run honorary Jebwalk, in anticipation of yours to come.

Enjoy it to the max! I hope you get a ton of snow.

I was serious, CharlesTown is better than MGM. Plus, CharlesTown gets more snow. I'd LOVE to get snowed in up there lol

Yeah I'm a few miles south of Charles Town and they actually have a pretty decent setup with the race track and casino.

I love that track so much. Went there as a teenager with my parents to see a race and stopped in the off track betting area. It smelled like cigarettes and there were a bunch of middle age guys screaming at the TV screens. It's what teenage me imagined the 1970's had to look like.

Obs related: 19F in Montgomery Village, no snow yet, but by the looks of radar hopefully will start within the half hour

Just got back, about 1/4" of fine powder so far. Roads completely covered, treated and untreated.

I realized that any walk I took could never approach the epicness of an official Jebwalk, so I decided to go for something completely different......a WV version of a Jebwalk on an ATV. I intentionally left off my face mask, so I could appreciate the sandblasting from the cold grit at simulated 30MPH winds, and every time I opened my mouth I was able to ingest copious quantities of the beautiful dendrites being force fed directly into the esophagus.
