When I try to change it I get a message that an email will be sent to the existing address to confirm the change but it doesn't work so... What do I do? Wow Posted December 28, 2017 Share Posted December 28, 2017 Do you use outlook or Office365 for your email server? I think our IP may be blacklisted.
