Interesting I told someone that oh look Seattle is getting a white Christmas (2 inches of snow I think?) and so is Portland., but in NYC it's been raining. And they said well of course that's normal because Seattle is much further north in latitude than NYC is! I started to explain how Seattle normally gets much less snow than NYC regardless of its latitude, but why bother? Anyway some really nice pics coming out of the Pac NW too. Some heavier radar echos that recently passed through here flipped it to all wet snow briefly. I was outside for it and it was outstanding!
