snowlover2
18z NAM starting to show this. Had a small area of snow move across south IL/IN and expand as it moved into Ohio.
Hoosier
GEM still running a bit farther north. 18z run

Hoosier
00z NAM is looking a little better aloft so far. Might get it to trend a little better/toward other models.
Powerball
I also noticed that the NAM's even burying Tulsa. Now that would be a heck of a surprise, lol.

snowlover2
0z NAM looks much more impressive with the Christmas eve wave especially as it heads into IN/OH.
Hoosier
Fairly noticeable change aloft since 12z. What we want to see for a bit better of a system is the trough to trend sharper/more amplified.

snowlover2
First wave had a nice widespread 2" for most of Ohio/southern two-thirds of IN/far southern IL. Wave 2 looks stronger.

RCNYILWX
A tick north by the Euro, 1-4" Chicago metro, highest south metro into NW IN. What's the rule with Euro maps now? Only free stuff from weather.us and wx.graphics or is Wxbell free game?

As far as the Euro maps, better to stick with the free maps if possible. I don't have Weatherbell -- do they have snow products that the other sites don't? I don't have Weatherbell -- do they have snow products that the other sites don't? Yep, about an inch on Christmas Day, would be a nice to have something like this run. Really hoping for it because it's my son's first Christmas and my family is coming out from NYC.WxBell has the Kuchera snow maps, plus 10:1 and 15:1. Unless I missed it, Ryan Maue hasn't added Kuchera or 15:1 maps to wx.graphics yet. I'm assuming he will be eventually since he created all the graphics on WxBell.Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
