OceanStWx
The ensemble clustering is cute. EPS all tightly clustered together in on area of the plot, GEFS another, and CMC yet another. It truly seems like the models have split into camps.

OceanStWx
We are rooting on a +PC2 (which is a stronger benchmark low). The largest +PC2 members all feature a stronger W Atlantic ridge, and deeper southern stream shortwave, shallower northern stream shortwave. It all rests on the inverted trough look to the isobars. Not a very organized system lol. It obviously hasn't occurred yet but the GFS has schooled the Euro the past couple days for that system. I think it can come nw some but the amped eura is laughable. shes done this a bunch since the last upgrade, leading to many forecast busts. But it is possible on a regional scale something has changed. They really only care about European forecasts in the end, so if there is a slight degradation in East Coast storms, it's not sweat off their backs.
