So a few inches is a win given the trend. Euro gives widespread 0.5+ qpf so if 2/3 is snow I’m good. Euro is mostly snow actually.
WxBlue
That run was pretty meh. Less QPF to work with for the entire NNE, but it's a much bigger buffer between S NH and the rain/snow line than other models.

blizzard24
weather models went to far west with the track for monday storm im not going that way snow rain line will be 15 miles south east of i 84 in ct ecwmf has not move much like gfs and nam for the storm . i say 4- 8nches for inland ct and mass. to many worry about changes in total precip i dont worry that in every model run. CT Valley Snowman
Just running through some models this morning. GFS looks warmest, Euro coldest. Seems like some colder tics on the mesos towards the Euro at 6z. I'm thinking 2-4 here but 5 is not out of the realm of possibilities. 3 would be my most likely guess.. moneypitmike
It gon' snow. Christmas Day Snow in the morning, then partly sunny with a chance of snow in the afternoon. Total snow accumulation of 6 to 10 inches. Blustery, cold with highs in the upper 20s. North winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph, becoming west 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph in the afternoon. Chance of snow near 100 percent. GYX calling for the same amounts at Pit2, but not as windy.
powderfreak
I like 4-6" up here on 0.4" QPF... the wildcard is always the ratios. It's almost better to forecast the QPF and let the ratios and snow totals end where they end. BTV is going 6-10" but it's moving pretty darn fast. Going to need 20:1 ratios IMO to hit that.
