CVA01
Well that was intense. Just drove back to Nunda from Newfane in Niagara cty. The snow became intense prob 2-3"/hr around the alabama swaps. This continued through most of Genesee cty. Finally began to let up around Mt Morris. I should have stopped for some video, I guess I'm just happy not to be in the swamp. Looks like you guys in Orleans and W Monroe about about to get hit. Enjoy. DeltaT13
Getting buried here! Flake size is unreal. 2 inch and hour with momentary peaks higher than that. Already have 4 on the ground. I’m out driving around. Going to intercept that super intense band dropping into Greece! So happy to be in the thick of it for once

coh
I'm a little east of that spot (about 5 miles east of Brockport), we have about 4" new snow and snowing steadily, probably 1"/hour. Flake size is not particularly large but has been varying quite a bit.

rochesterdave
Had about 4” at my place of work in S Irondequoit and nearly 3.5” at my home up on the lake. S- right now. Will it reload? NWS doesn’t seem to think so. They’ve dropped totals. winners thus far in NW Monroe. Hilton pics show nearly a foot of fresh fake snow.

DeltaT13
I have just over 4 inches at my house but compaction is quickly taking its toll on the fluffy stuff. Measured abour 6 or 7 inches in Brockport and points further north and west. On my drive home, cars on 531 were straight up pulling over and giving up because the snow was so blinding. I’m not sure what their plan was but I hadn’t seen that often. Still snowing lightly here Always a nice sign when your truck looks like this after chasing for a few hours. DeltaT13
Couple grabs for posterity. Meso low hybrid band off Ontario with 3-5” rates. I wish I had a capture of it from 8pm on though. Ferocious band off Huron with frequent lightning strikes. Must be absurd rates in that.
