Yeah probably closer to an inch now, roads are snow covered. I just had higher hopes. If this was 50 miles north it would've been awesome. Might be someone with 6" in Jersey. Look at this banding and it's been like this for hours now.
jm1220
There’ll probably be someone around Toms River at the end that’ll see over 6”. That banding has been crazy there. Subsidence just north is starting to diminish but most in this sub forum will likely end up between 1-2”.

Snowshack
Less than 0.5” here. We’ve been in a sort of snow hole for these three events even though eastern Long Island was modeled to be prime for all three. Still, I’ll take it.
ILoveWinter
Moderate snow in UWS, even some of the busier streets are completely snow covered - far more than last Saturday’s event.

Still, was surprised to see it, and roads are jammed locally but they were pretreated. That's 3 little events in a week; I had wife's family in from Colombia and they got to do some sleigh riding; the teen never saw snow. We haven't seen this many events this early in awhile, even if they are small....

e46and2
seems to be a solid ~2 inches here. Took an hour to drive home 6 miles.
gravitylover
.5" maybe a little bit more. Teeny tiny flakes falling at a good clip for hours, temp down to 20* now with very little wind. Side roads have a coating but not much due to excessive brining, main roads are wet so traffic is hardly affected.
jm1220
Close to 2” in Long Beach. Roads were snow covered in spots-parts of Queens were quite bad. Looks like that’s about it for us, other than a light snow burst here and there.
