When is last time we had three straight snow events with not having to worry about the snow / rain line for the area?

add to it three snow events in six days :)

There was a week in January in 2007 2008 range Where we had three light snow events That kept piling up snow on the ground .. left us with 5/6 inches.

They were a bit more potent than this But not much

It's snowing moderately in the city and accumulating nicely. No way only .50".

Yeah probably closer to an inch now, roads are snow covered. I just had higher hopes. If this was 50 miles north it would've been awesome. Might be someone with 6" in Jersey. Look at this banding and it's been like this for hours now.

Stay off the roads

1 inch here

Around the same over to your west in NJ, just north of the good stuff on satellite. Still, was surprised to see it, and roads are jammed locally but they were pretreated. That's 3 little events in a week; I had wife's family in from Colombia and they got to do some sleigh riding; the teen never saw snow. We haven't seen this many events this early in awhile, even if they are small....
