March-like paste storm. 3/6/18: 0.3" Nice little event. ~2 hours of off and on SN, but marginal temps 3/20-22/18: 4.2" ^ Storm of the year. Slightly under performed, but beautiful March storm. I got lucky in a few previous events where the band set up right over my area, not to mention my elevation helped many times when temps were marginal (and possibly also today since the compacting wasn't as bad as I expected). These are probably the most miserable 15 inches on a season I've ever been through...but today made it just a little more bearable because it came on the second day of Spring (and I'll always have that footnote in memory!) If snowboarded at regular intervals the total would have probably been 16" if not even greater.
