Winds turning W/NW over Huron. Have another 3-4 hours before winds turn and send this band to ski country. But I think we see our strongest rates of the day in the next few hours here.

Notice some synoptic lift coming in from southern Ontario...looks to be getting a boost from the lake...might be good for an inch or two buffalo north...also really starting to like Monday night through Wednesday from metro north with synoptic of 3 to 6 and backside widespreaf lake enhancement and LES. Could be very interesting.

When it comes to ROC weather, Tim knows his ****t..

.WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow occurring. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are
  expected in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE...Southwest Monroe and Northern Livingston counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM Monday.

Looks like we might have a chance with this next one, I don’t see it moving south for couple of hours?

If ROC scores more snow today than BUF I quit...

They will we’ve been getting shafted all day, can’t mess with that eastern extent of the band. I chased that bad boy through Wyoming and they had at least a foot on the ground.
