Cobalt Posted December 12, 2017 Share Posted December 12, 2017 I recommend looking at the Blizzard of 2016 storm mode thread if you feel like giving up on snow this week/month. Looking at the December 2015 threads help as well. Snow > cold in DC. Cold may be needed for snow, especially this early in the year, but a quick 3-5 day cold pattern can allow for huge storms. As 13/14 and 14/15 taught us, we can only get 1 slushy snow event in December, and then manage to make up for it in 2 months flat.
